6th Annual pFriem Crawfish Boil
It’s June, the sun is out so it must be time for our sixth annual Crawfish Boil! We will be shutting down the kitchen, moving out back, rolling out the newspaper, and boiling up some mud bugs starting at 3pm Sunday, June 24th.
For this BBQ we are once again partnering with pFriem Brewing from Hood River. What could be better than sun, southern cooking and amazing craft beer from our friends at pFriem Family Brewers. On tap for the event we will have Golden IPA, Jammy Pale, Peche, Flanders Red, Super Saison and Japanese Lager.
In addition to boiling up delicious crawfish Chef Jonny Henry will be cooking up some other Southern specialities including:
Bag o bugs, corn, andouille
Cheddar biscuits, collards, Tasso, pickled jalapeño
Muffaletta slider, ham, salami, mortadella, tapenade
Popcorn shrimp, comeback sauce
Little gem comeback salad, smoked egg
Soft-shell Crab Po' Boy
Andouille Corn Dog
